1. Where does BhansaX deliver?
We currently deliver in Kirtipur, Kathmandu. Delivery outside this area may be available on request.
2. What are your delivery hours?
We deliver every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Orders placed outside this time will be processed the next day.
3. How long does delivery take?
Average delivery time is 30–45 minutes depending on location, traffic, and kitchen load.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and selected online payment methods.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before preparation starts. Once food is cooked, cancellation is not possible.
6. What if I get the wrong order?
If the wrong food is delivered, contact us immediately. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
7. Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes! We serve Veg Biryani, Veg Momo, Veg Fried Rice, and Veg Chowmein.
